Why Charge For Parking?
That's a great question that has a great answer. This eclipse event is bringing a LOT of people out to the hill country from all over the world. We have a great 3 day event that we normally would sell tickets for. In the case of this event, we decided that instead of selling ticket, we would charge by the car, to encourage people to carpool and help maximize the person per car ratio. We anticipate 4 people per car, so you get to attend an amazing full day event for $5 per person. It's more than a deal.
AND REMEMBER, WHILE THE EVENT IS SATURDAY, APRIL 6TH, SUNDAY, APRIL 7TH, AND MONDAY APRIL 8TH, WE ARE ONLY CHARGING PARKING FOR MONDAY THE 8TH - ECLIPSE DAY
Here's What You Get:
- FREE PARKING SAT & SUN: The only day that is paid parking is for Monday, the 8th for the eclipse
- LIVE Music: We have an awesome lineup of live Blues Bands each day, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- Barbecue: We will have up to 15 teams competing and handing out limited samples plus we will have our own smokers going and there will be barbeque you can purchase as well

Great Experience: This is a once in a lifetime experience and our front yard is massive as is our LARGE out door stage, we names the Simian Theater. This is the BEST place to see and experience this once in a lifetime eclipse.

Fantastic Vantage: Our property is wonderfully situated in the hill country of Dripping Springs, where we have LARGE outdoor spaces that will give you a wonderful view of the Eclipse on April 8th

Paid Parking: For Monday (eclipse day) we need to make sure there is enough room for everyone, so we are managing the parking, to make it better, and charging $20 per car for Monday. You can get your parking spot right here on this page, right now while supplies last
